No, there's no feedback, as what is the ****ing point? I've given everything I've been asked to give over the past month.

Concurred. Same here.

Different packages determine how much you can download. 1mbps is now the 2mbps package, so the allocated amount of bandwidth to the account is still quite low (~100GB you start to lose speed, whereas on 10mbps it is something like 400). When it becomes red, you become throttled. Check out http://userstats.adsl.saix.net/ to see your detailed usage (login sessions, bytes downloaded etc.) and compare to the usage tracker bar.How does this usage tracker thingy even work

I've done roughly 120gb for the month of January and I'm closing in on as a power user (2mb uncapped).
Plus my speeds have been halved so I take that as a sign of throttling??
TelkomZA asked me to send a traceroute since I can't play online on my PS3 without extreme lag. I sent it to him but wanted to hear your guys opinion.

Not sure what a traceroute to saix.net would prove other than identify congestion on your local exchange (BTW it looks OK). Possibly TelkomZA wanted a traceroute to the game server?TelkomZA asked me to send a traceroute since I can't play online on my PS3 without extreme lag. Thats the problem with consoles. We can't trace the server address. Maybe if you setup a proxy server. Ranger said we should just post the game name for the PS3.
You might want to confirm with Telkom TI that you are on the correct profile, because from what you saying, you getting throttled at around 120gigs, and yet you on a 2meg line, your limits should start kicking in at about 230+-gigs, so give TI a call, and find out if with the upgrade, they upgraded your profile aswell?
... I'd guess you’d get about 900GB before throttling based on the above but I think there are other factors at play here - the rate at which data is used (12GB/day) & time at which it's downloaded?
Charl told me these 2mb lines like mine are now treated the same as the old 1mb lines,100-130gb max unfortunately happened to me as well only i got 108gb down, that is why i tried midnight to 06:00 and done 146gb and still green
Tried to cancel my debit order and was told that it was mandatory, is this true?
