TELKOM Package Issue

Hi Eveyone

Please help me, i took out a SmartBroadband Wireless 20GB + Huawei B315 package for R 399.00 per month.

How do i change the package to the current uncapped packages that they offer?:confused:

The contact is now only been active for the last thre (3) months.

I tried e-mailing them nothing, going into the store and waiting to see someone - is not a option as they are always offline. :mad::cry:

Or how to i work to cancel the contract?

Please assist me.

You can try online.
I requested my ADSL line be moved to a fibre line and they did it over live chat support and waived the cancellation fees

You'll probably have better service if you visit a Telkom Store. They will be able to upgrade your existing contract to the uncapped one. :)

ps. Unfortunately the price is now R799/pm for LTE uncapped but it is worth it.
