This is nonsense .... we were paying a premium before, and for the same service levels others pay R 125 pm less. It's not our fault that the exchange has not been upgraded.
Can we unite and lodge a complaint?
I messaged TelkomZA on Twitter and keep being ignore (have tried every day), have spoken to about 10 agents on 10210 without any help and even messaged the TelkomZA rep on here without any feedback. Getting really frustrated. 2Mbit is too slow, I need 4Mbit but don't need 10. Irritating... Contemplating going back to 4 for now
