Not that Telkom cares, but I'm very unhappy with the service I am receiving at the moment.

My line installation was delayed from the 3rd to the 27th (!!!), and now they still want me to pay line rental for December, despite the fact I cannot use the line for december now.

Could you please investigate my issue, I was recently upgraded from 2Mbps to 4Mbps ;) which I am thankful for but after tasting 400KB/s for a few hours on Thursday 05/12/13 my download rate has decreased dramatically to 50KB/s to 100KB/s. I have done the routine stuff like reset the router, check SNR and speedtests, etc. :whistle: but without any success in identifying the issue.

Strangely the download rate is lower than what I was accustomed to when i had 2Mbps, which was +-200KB/s. Would you e so kind as to look into this matter, if you require any more info like Telkom line number, please pm me.

It took a while but TelkomZA solved my problem which i thought could only be resolved by an exchange upgrade. Thanks man, much appreciated.
 
Apparently moving your ADSL line back to Telkom is one hell of a mission that takes forever :mad:

Will my line get un-suspended instantly if I settle my Telkom account fully today (Easypay) despite the fact that today's a public holiday? Please reply quickly if you guys know the answer, thanks very much :)
 
WTF! Is 10210 down??? :mad: I have fully settled my Telkom account today but my line is still suspended. Lesson learned.
