Yep, asked them to check an exchange for congestion at certain times on the 9th, they responded on the 14th with the stats.Has TelkomZA actually responded to anyone recently. Seems to be a black hole like phoning 10210...

They've always responded to my line fault queries, I suspect ping time complaints, billing queries, new service chasing and the like might not receive the same degree of attention. So it's just if we ask for help with a fault ticket going no where that we're then ignored.
I hate to tempt fate but the Telkom service in PE is pretty good judging by the complaints I see posted from other areas, also we're pretty much spared the lightning hassles you guys have which is probably what took out your main cable.Mick
clearly they like you more, posted a request for assistance last week already with the fault number, never got any feedback,
pretty much the same feeling when I phone their joke of a call centre.

I reported a problem via the Twitter account and I never received a reply.
In 2015?I've sometimes gotten replies at 4am on a Sunday morning...
Perhaps Let them know that it will be "a while" until you settle your account with them unless they reimburse you for this month's downtimeSo my DSLAM is borked apparently, no spares either...
Any ideas or help? ETA for repair is "a while".
