So nobody else is using this?... You guys aren't much help with testing if nobody comments... :D

Im on iburst, used your dns and trying hulu right now and is playing a tv show. My Netflix home page displays... asking me to renew my membership so I guess that works

Sorry man. Too busy watching netflix to reply :D. Works like a dream and setup is easy. I salute you for doing this!

EDIT: Is it possible to get Spotify working on this?

It's something I can look into. Can I make a trial account or if not can you share details?

What devices are you using my DNS on. I'd like to make a supported devices listing.

Using chrome browser, Galaxy Tab 3, Galaxy Note 1 and I'm sure the chromecast will work as well. Watching Netflix and played around with Hulu free and Crackle. Currently using Deezer for streaming music so Spotify is no biggie. Can give you my details though it's a free account. They give you one month premium free for new users (yet to claim mine).

Guys.
Help me out here.

Can I leave my dns unchanged on my adsl router and just modify the dns on my PC's nic's settings ?

Wen my dsl is working again will def test and if work will def donate

Are you using the Android apps or are you just running via browser?

I don't have an Android I can test with so not sure if it works...

Netflix isn't working for me via iOS or Roku HOWEVER it is working via web browser.

Anyone else?

coincidence ?

i am not sure if it is related or not, but i thought i would test the proxy.
using a macbook pro, i entered the proxy address, (this was done within "network preferences" on the macbook pro - not the router),everything was fine, can get into netflix & hulu (the only ones i have tried so far this morning).

however, ever since i added the proxy, gmail (using thier web interface - not a mail client) via firefox is constantly throwing up an "invalid certificate" message:
certificate error.jpg

so this is what is confusing me.
my mail for 2 different business's is hosted by hetzner - no issues at all.
i have 2 other gmail addresses, the one, i access via gmail's web page using safari.
the other, i access via gmail's web page using firefox.

gmail via safari has no problem
but firefox is now constantly throwing up the certificate error.

**
i'll try removing the proxy, then see if firefox is happy

will report back

******
removed proxy, firefox is happy again.
to me the firefox thing is a minor issue, i very seldom use the mail address that i access via firefox.
someone else may hit a similar problem, or perhaps even another application will have an issue.

Weird issue. No other domains other than those I specified in the first post pass through my proxy. Like I said i'm not interested in your data. If you view the cert in Firefox / Safara / Chrome etc do you get served a different cert?

I will test as well have about 3 users including a apple tv that runs netflix and hulu

Is it possible to get an address list for selectively routing netflix through a specific connection?

i have just tried to recreate the problem

entered the proxy address, started firefox & went to gmail - all is well.
maybe a odd gmail glitch at that very moment in time caused it.

the strange thing is (initially) immediately after the firefox error i went to the other gmail account on safari without issue, then back to firefox - problem remained, removed proxy - problem gone.

and now with the proxy back in, the problem is not repeating itself

mystery !

How so? You want to route only Netflix through your own VPN or ?

If you want to use my DNS for only one device then simply add the DNS on that device or use DNSMASQ or some such to say that these domains = this DNS.

Regards,

I have two connections, one is slow and uncapped, one is very fast, but capped. I want to route netflix through the uncapped connection.
