Why would the ampath lab have diabetes?
Cos they make you drink these huge glasses full of super sweet glucose. If that's the standard drink around here then it's no surprise that they have diabetes!!!

yep.. weighed this morning and I am back to 89kg... and my stomach is not so lekker at the moment. going through some stuff at the moment... but I am sure I can get back on track (after my niece's 21st tomorrow night)
 
Still 94kg(for 2 weeks now - bloody spur burger specials). But feeling great this week and see that my belt is on the last hole and I might need to make a new hole in the next week as I am training kickboxing 5 mornings a week now.
 
Official weigh in at 95kg. Lost 1kg in a month... :wtf: I think I've put on a lot of muscle in that time though. Have been hitting the weights hard just need more discipline to complete the cardio too. I've definitely lost quite a few inches around my waste. My boep has gotten smaller too. Need to keep at it.

Considering hitting weights too from next week as my body adapted to the morning kickboxing routines and need to get myself out of a possible plateau.

The first couple of weeks I lost a 1kg each week. But now I am stuck at 94kg for two weeks.

I've been stuck around 113.3 for a while now, probably two weeks. And this morning I'm at 113.9! :wtf: And yesterday I thought was one of my better days. Drank a lot of water, ate right, and not too much.

I think I need to start documenting exactly what I eat and drink, maybe I think I'm doing things right, and I'm not. :(

Could just be water retention. Don't worry about it. It will drop again in a day or two.
 
Started at 110 about a year ago, down to 94/96 depending on training... muscle mass has increased as well so technically ive lost close to 18kg.

Went back up to 100kg over the xmas/ny period, and have lost 4kg since, and gotten fitter.

LCHF all the way, I cannot eat high carb foods without feeling ill.
