The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

I think we live in a time when people are used to instant gratification. Things are easy to come by, and the bad stuff is everywhere.

Sheesh I was told this with my one doc when I cracked a rib in a car accident. He said there was nothing they can do and I just have to wait the 3/4 weeks to heal. Here some painkillers to help, not everything can be solved instantly\quickly.

Yesterday was a bad day; I skipped both workouts, had ice cream and a doughnut during the day but surprisingly I was at 68.5 this morning.

So you were under the impression that there was a quick fix for broken bones?

My exercise regime is back to normal now after the Christmas break.

Also started riding again and took my kid to school on my bicycle today. Its a short ride but is hard with wind and extra weight. Hoping that things like this will keep my fitness up.

89 kg this morning.
Went on a bit of a binge last night.. phuza thursday and my rubber arm in full effect.

Not a quick fix but maybe less pain/quicker heal? Problem was they were ribs and it's very difficult to immobilize your rib cage so they take a loooong time to heal.

Exactly. Broken bones can't be forced to heal faster. They take as long as they take.

Hi guys, i am busy doing the 21 day challenge No Bread No Sugar. On day 5 now. I'm surprisingly coping, added to the challenge i'm avoiding alcohol and coffee (i love my coffee).
I'm not overweight, been gyming for the last year or more. my weight has just been stuck at one point for a while. hoping this will kick start whatever needs kick starting. this coming weekend is gonna be tough but looking forward to overcoming it.

cheers.

I only ate about 4200KJ yesterday, feeling a bit low on energy today.
