The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

Guys are fapping to those pics as I type. Fetish time for those buggers. Good luck with the diabetes dude. The testing, etc.

Where's Paul the Main Man? He would be proud of this thread.

its the reason I stopped going to gym in the first place.

it started with my left ankle when I was 10. but the right one was fine, so I could run, but some days it got pretty bad. then in late 2005 the right one started doing the same thing, and after going for a run they would both be very sore for a few days. then they would heal up, and I would go for a run again, and the same thing would happen.
I tried a treadmill instead, and the same thing happend.

in 2009 it started happening with my wrists. I have not gone for x rays or anything to see what is up, because honestly it was never an issue. then I quit drinking and got the beer belly. now in trying to loose it I realise I cannot lift weights (dumbells or Bench press) I cannot do push ups or pull ups, but I can do planking, it seems the root is movement in the wrists.

and I can feel my right knee starting with the same thing as well. I thought it was just a dign of getting old, I am turning 30 soon....

Try rowing machines as well as stationary bikes. This is very good cardio machines with minimum impact on joints.

The rowing machine is total body workout and you will not be able to row for 30min in the first couple of months doing it. Very very good overall.

thanks for the tip. will give the rowing machine a decent try

Here's the damage... I hope you are not eating right now! :p

Interesting... I have exactly the same issue.. thought it was just a flare up of my eczema. Haven't checked my sugar in ages, but assumed that with the lchf it would be under control.. methinks I should go have a checkup.. :/

Geezus don't you scrub your feet?

Dude, I haven't even seen my ding-dong in years, and you want me to check out the bottom of my stumps?

My ding-dong could have gone on a 3 year around the world cruise and put a carrot there as disguise and I would be none the wiser.

Might as well also check your prostrate while you at it.
It's always good to check your PSA whenever you can!

Create yourself a workout like for the first 2 weeks : 2km row + 2km cycle.

When you feel fit, do some sprints eg.

1 min row(very fast) + 1 min cycle(very fast)
1 min row(normal pace) + 1 min cycle(normal pace)
rest 1 40 sec
repeat 3-9 times depending on fitness level.

Nothing boosts the metabolism like sprints.

Spent 2 weeks in Vietnam drinking beers and eating noodles. Only put on 0,5kg so that's ok I guess. :D

Back up to 91kg.
