The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

Thank which ever deity you want...Run along now, no one likes a bragger.

This person is probably still very young. I used to be super thin - like catwalk thin my entire life and I ate whatever I wanted. I was fairly active - used to skate every weekend and walk everywhere. When the late twenties rolled in, all the fun started. I just laugh at these people.

So I haven't cheated once this Easter weekend. BIt more food and vodka than usual.

Scale jumped up to 111.8 ffs

Getting a runny nose and sore throat! Noooooo!

Update:
I just went for a swim at the virgin active.
Did 70 lengths.
Muscles and legs very tired.
Not sure if it is the flu or just general workout tiredness.

Weight: Still 134 kg.

Weigh in: 93.7KG.

Started swimming yesterday. 10 laps @ virgin active and my arms are sore, going to swim 6 days a week and see what happens.

If you enjoy the swimming, you can also consider adding in some rowing machine routine to the mix.
I'm thinking of doing that as well.

Swimmers make it look too easy. My freestyle is bad. I'm still trying to master side breathing, then exhaling though the nose while remembering to kick and then still arm strokes. I probably look like I'm downing when I swim freestyle. Hopefully with more practice it'll get better.

You'll be cruising after a week. When training for the mile I found the first 10 laps the hardest and most boring, after that you go on auto and the mind turns inward.
