so after the last three days was: 109, 108.8 and then 108.6 - today is 108.9kg <- this is the bounce i was talking about... hopefully it at least stays below 109 :p

FKippen hell I've been watching my calories while doing Banting and weight hasn't changed for 3 days.

Read up on the whoosh effect. It will help keep you motivated when the weight doesn't appear to be dropping.

It won't necessarily change on a daily basis, or even sometimes on a weekly basis, because of different things like water retention etc. You'll notice body changes though.

Thank you both of you. Quite interesting to say the least. I have stopped drinking alcohol as well. At least for the next month. Need a bit of a detox if I'm honest.

Haven't cheated in ages and I can see the results, even if the scale doesn't always at times.

Can't believe it tbh. Had beer on Friday, Beer at the Mybb meet, and beer again saturday night...

Maybe the effect will only het me tomorrow.

Seriously though why do you do LCHF if you know you like drinking beer?
