Although am off with the family to cpt for a 70th birthday bash, must maintain!

so after the last three days was: 109, 108.8 and then 108.6 - today is 108.9kg <- this is the bounce i was talking about... hopefully it at least stays below 109![]()

Read up on the whoosh effect. It will help keep you motivated when the weight doesn't appear to be dropping.

Can't believe it tbh. Had beer on Friday, Beer at the Mybb meet, and beer again saturday night...
Maybe the effect will only het me tomorrow.
