The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

That is nonsense, It just depends on the quantity :p

I used to count kilojoules on Castle Lite. Half a tin of the stuff is 280 kJ. Easy to budget for.

If you want me to starve, let me count kj... Anyway, I still lose weight... maybe just slower than other

Anyway, I didn't come here for the lecture :p

Scared to step on that scale, just landed back home after a 5 day trip, wondering about the damage.

Thank you whoosh effect I'm now sitting at 109kg

Awesome! Knowing about it when I'm doing everything right and the scale doesn't move, stops me from saying to heck with healthy eating and stuffing my face with everything in the fridge :D
This year I'm determined to lose the extra weight. Started intermittent fasting again beginning of April, still at 62kg. At least I haven't gained anything since the 2013 weight loss thread.

Doing 20-23 hour fasts daily during the week now. Eating & drinking lots on weekends tho :( would lose a lot more if I don't go overboard on weekends. Was at a bday party this past weekend and I ate everything in sight :p

Sounds familiar... braais at friends houses will go a lot better if they don't buy chips...

All the best for the daughter Fanie

Weigh in 108.2kg

Still hovering between the 90 and 91 mark.. however, I have made many positive changes in the last few days.

Starting from a point of no exercise at all, I decided to start small and ramp my way up slowly but surely.

So far:
12 April: 10 pushups
13 April: 15 pushups
14 April - 18 April: 20 pushups
19 April: 25 pushups
20 - 21 April: 30 pushups (3 reps of 10 each)

Will add different exercises into the session as I go, but just want to first get into the habit of doing something every day.

Also I am now on meal replacement shakes for breakfast and lunch (Biogen Diet Protein Shake from Dischem)

Have also switched to e-cigarette (after being a pack "or more" a day guy for many many years)

It's a slow start, but it's something. I have taken a BEFORE photo, but will only post that once the AFTER photo is something I can be proud of :)

Bloody hell. Still trying to get back to 86kg. Stuck at 88kg.

I suspect that I'm building muscle again due to more strength training.
