The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

Had a bad weekend. Took my mom out for breakfast and then I ate 2 large tubs of chocolate mousse cos that **** is delicious.

Currently at 76.8kg. Lowest from my 3-month weigh-in was 75.5kg. Been on this diet for 4 months now and have dropped just over 10kg

97.7 kg this morning, which is the same as Friday, so I made my target.

Now to see 96.x on the scale

good to see you have finally put that 100 behind you :) no turning back now!

Back down to 89. Feeling decidedly unwell these past few days.. Insomnia and just a general feeling of dread... Like something bad is about to happen. Not sure what's up

What a week at work... Manager ordered me to go get a new uniform went from pant size 36 to 32 and my overall weight loss is from 90 to 75...i feel great and everywhere I go people want to know the secret funny thing is when I mention giving up carbs and sugar people lose their minds

great stuff guys, just great... i stayed under 108 this morning, so let's see if i can get through the weekend at that spot... gonna be a challenge

I picked up a little of the weekend, as you do, and also, as previously said, whenever i dip to a new low, there is always the initial push back from the body, before it accepts the new weight :D

108.3

Eat McDonalds. Weight 1.5kg less the next day. WTF

Whoosh effect, it is water retention.

Half-way through the study the men were allowed a relief dinner to celebrate their progress. One big meal of 2300 kcal was served; roasted chicken, potatoes, gravy and strawberry shortcake. That night everyone got up more often than usual to urinate. The next day they discovered that they had each lost several pounds.

Solution:
Drink more Dihydrogen Monoxide

Been a while since my last weigh-in.

77.9kg this morning, and down to a 32" waist from a 34" and maintaining it nicely.
Need smaller clothes, but a problem I'm happy to deal with.
