I managed a 22hr coffee fast on Sunday (Sat 8PM to Sunday PM) and another 24hr yesterday (Sun 6:30PM to Monday 6:30PM). Clothes feel like they have a bit of extra space this morning but I restrict myself to only weighing on Friday mornings so we will see
Have not eaten since Tuesday night due to a mild stomach bug and related zero appetite. Think it's time to try food again this morning, so bacon, eggs and boerewors it shall be!
