It also depends on the surface you are putting it down on. I always put mine on exactly the same tile in the bathroom. Don't put your scale on carpet, grass, your bed, or anything else that is soft and squishy.


+1 I always put my scale on the exact same spot in my room and have been using that spot for 2 years or so. Moving it just 2m or so to the other side of the room, same surface though, gives a different result.
 
Weekly checkin, 127.37 kg, on the down again but most importantly I'm still on track with my target of losing 1 kg per week even though there has been a dud week or 2.
 
Sorry for being so silent. I managed to sign up at the Virgin Active near me. Went to gym and did my weigh in. I currrently weigh 82.04KG. Will try to go at least 3 times a week.
 
I’m akescpt. I’m currently stuffing my face. Tomorrow I get back on the bus.

I don’t know whether I’m starting to pack more muscle again or whether I’m too water loaded. Damn, the road to 82 is damn hard… I don't have a strict diet, but I have cut out sugar as best as possible. Fit I am, tummy I have.
 
So after weeks of HIT and Lchf I am down to 80kg

I am feeling great.Ran a 5km this morning without stopping. HIT has definitely improved my stamina .next steps are trying to get getting ripped

Scale is moving in the right direction again. Will provide weigh in once the trend continues for a couple of weeks.
