Why I joined our local running clubEven though I believe more in discipline than motivation, one motto that has stuck by me with regards to exercise is:
"Nobody ever went for a run and regretted it"
Yes, TomTom, problem is to get new bands, etc. for it.
Need to take a look at it, got lucky with the strap replacement.I remember you mentioning that in a previous post. Maybe there is a market for third party Tom Tom Replacements straps - 3d printed perhaps![]()

What are you thinking of getting?I'd love to do the proofs, but I need a HRM first. Before that even getting paid salary would be good
Sadly rest of Jan funds went into getting more kettlebells..
One of the suggested HRM straps, I suppose a garmen or polar; maybe that one that can sync at later stage but I can't remember its name now. What are you thinking of getting?
Or you could go with the watch with a built in HR monitor, the straps gan get a bit annoying. One of the suggested HRM straps, I suppose a garmen or polar; maybe that one that can sync at later stage but I can't remember its name now.
As long as its actually accurate, I can use it to log my sessions and finally upload to my medical aid.Or you could go with the watch with a built in HR monitor, the straps gan get a bit annoying.
From personal experience Polar is the best, they have been in the game longer than any of the other and their after sales service is very good
True and the built in HR monitor will help with your MA as it track throughout the day and not just when you exerciseAs long as its actually accurate, I can use it to log my sessions and finally upload to my medical aid.

Your other option is the Polar BT HR Strap that connects to the Polar app, the down side is you have to carry your phone aroundAs long as its actually accurate, I can use it to log my sessions and finally upload to my medical aid.
Shouldn't be a problem as my kettle bells and stepper is at my home, but for running I go on the road. a Watch is might be a problem with things like a kettle bell clean and press.Your other option is the Polar BT HR Strap that connects to the Polar app, the down side is you have to carry your phone around
