Eish... I quit in 2013, thats when my weight started getting out of control.... Good Luck!

Yesterday only 2 bags wine gums extra, today one and tomorrow gonna try be back where I was I just gotta keep it that way.
To lose weight is much easier than to quit smoking. Don't be scared to gain a couple of KGs if it will help you succeed in quitting. I indulged in tons of Cheese Curls...lol... Gained about 10 Kgs in 3 months after quitting.

Its amazing how quick water weight drops off. After a pretty terrible 3ish weeks, I weighed in on Monday at 126.5Kg. Hopped on the scale this morning just for fun, already down to 123.4kg.

I have not commented on this Thread at all, but started my journey 27 December 2017 when I weighed in at 130 KG. There and then I decided it is time to start living healthier, yes i Had setbacks here and there but overall tried to be consistent. Today I can proudly say I am weighing in at 100 KG on the dot. I lost 30 KG's over 15 Months. Consistency and endurance is the key. Starting with the end goal in mind.

@Sugarman 98.3Kg this morning... I know my goal was 105, but had to shift the goalpost... Wieght not that important anymore. currently on 30% bodyfat, new goal is 20% bodyfat.

Weigh in 89.9.

Slightly annoying since I was 89 yesterday morning, but I guess a day of doing nothing except drinking wine and eating peanuts isn’t the best way to spend the day before a weigh in.

Anyway, half a kg down from last week so it’s not too bad

Jup, bad week for me too. Weighed in at 83. 4KG today.

It seems like I actually pick up some weight if I work really hard over a weekend. I cycled a total of 125KM swam 900m and ran 5KM in total this weekend, yet I'm up from an 82 on Thursday.

I wonder if it's not the 32GI I take when I cycle...

That makes sense though. If you have any muscle soreness at all then you would be retaining a lot of water, it should come off over the next few days.
