The 2019 Weight Loss Thread

Forgot to weigh in this morning, not expecting much change though. I seem to be fluctuating around a point now.

On the plus side my fitness has improved to an acceptable level and I had to go do some clothes shopping as my pants were falling off. Depending on cut I've dropped 2 sizes.

60.5 kg (-1 kg)
Waist: 72 cm

So much yoyo-ing these last two weeks, makes it difficult to see how much progress I'm actually making :/

Down a bit more.

Just some additional useless drivel on this monday morning for you all. I've done some reseach and found a study correlating BMI to Bodyfat percentage. If I input the predicted BF% based on this formula my scale tracks at it perfectly with a near linear 1% variance. Good to know I'm actually 1% lower than what I'm thinking. :giggle:

To achieve my BF goal though I'll need to drop to 56kg .... but I'm guess that won't happen as I'm stepping up the weight training which will hopefully increase muscle mass.

Last Monday I was out of town so didn't check-in. Got home on Tuesday after a 6 day long-weekend of takeaways and cake for breakfast and lots of bubbly (friend's wedding) and weighed in at 101.3

Today's check-in: 100.3. Wasn't expecting a whole kg, but I'll take it...

97.1KG, I have been hovering here for longer than expected... Thought this would have happened at 93! dammit. Quick drop from 103 to 97.... Sure its muscle etc....

I am about 1.92m after all...

Back down to 92kg today.. I suspect my previous weigh in might just have been at the wrong time.. so it threw out my numbers.

80.7kgs this week but got a long ass week ahead of me as I'm quitting smoking on April 1st so everyone keeps telling me to stop messing with them arg.

Prob gonna pick up a few grams in the process of quitting
