Not sure if this would be the correct thread to request this but, here goes...
Since its the month of the fast, I've been fasting for about a week and a couple days, and have not been going to gym (because i gym at work, and i don't take lunch so that i can make it home in time to break fast with my family), So i cannot gym, (Been gyming for about 4 or so months now), this brings me to my question, so since i eat twice a day only, for Breakfast, i have a cup of Jungle Oats, Table spoon of Flora butter and 2 Tea spoons brown sugar, a Banana and 2 - 3 Glasses of water, and this all before 05:30 in the morning, then i eat again at night also round 17:30 or so, when we break fast, but this time i eat more or less what ever we having on that day, not counting calories or protein, im literally just shoveling as much of what ever i can into my mouth (i know its going backwards and damaging what i might have done in that 4 or so months of gym) just to get rid of the intense hunger at the time, but now, i don't want to carry on with that.
If possible, can somebody recommend 2 solid meals, maybe even 3 depending on what time the 3rd meal should be consumed. 1 that i can have in the morning, before i start fasting - if the Oats and fruit is not sufficient. And another that i can break my fast with, something filling, that's obviously going to get rid of the crazy hunger pangs, and at the same time be nutritious and not damaging!
On a side note, i have maybe 1 glass of cool drink a night, and then for the rest of the night, i have about 1 liter of water.
