Ja, I tried that as soon as I got the waybill number and it doesn't seem to be reflecting on the system yet. I know it's standard for the updates to take a while to reflect, so I'm not especially bothered. Was just wondering if this is normal and I can fully appreciate that they've probably been swamped with orders.
Time freight? You need to include the T in the tracking, ie T163508 would work.

You should get it tomorrow, I'd share my waybill but too lazy to edit out my details.

Yeah, it's Time Freight. I tried the full numberI was given including the number after the dash, but after checking your example number I see that the number at the end is meant to be excluded and all the tracking info is there. Even looks like they actually attempted to deliver yesterday but I somehow missed them. I noticed I had a missed call from an unfamiliar number after I had a bathroom break yesterday. I'll be extra vigilant today :).

Damn, my friends and I are having bad luck then. I ordered on the weekend, paid by Tuesday and today on Thursday I've got the waybill but I don't think that the order has shipped yet. I'm not sure it'll get here by the weekend like I'd hoped. A friend of mine ordered last week and still hasn't got his order. Maybe they're getting too many orders to deal with quickly.

Paying on Tuesday means that it will reflect by Wednesday, if he takes the parcel to postnet on Wednesday, they will only scan it in late that night, so that is when the waybill gets issued, so that is why you got it on Thursday.If you have just payed when you ordered you could have had it by the weekend.

I made the order using their website on Sunday evening. When you order on the site they don't give any kind of payment info, stating that they will contact you via WhatsApp within 48 hours on how to proceed with payment. I got contacted at 11PM on Monday with that info and paid ASAP, by which time it was Tuesday. It didn't take until Wednesday to reflect because there is an instant money voucher involved. Only problem is Standard Bank isn't so instant because I only got my voucher number three hours after actually setting it up.
 
Once you've done your first order the process is much quicker and easier for the next orders. Never had an issue with SB instant money, they did post they were having some issues so it might be that

Yeah, it's no biggie. Like I said, my only concern was I wasn't sure if this was business as usual.

I got in touch with my friend that's been waiting for his order since last week and he also wasn't aware of this thing of the tracking number not including the last number after the dash. He's also been missing deliveries because Time Freight don't actually say anything. Like, you get a missed call on your phone from an unfamiliar number and should know that it was them. No follow-up calls or messages to tell you that they missed delivery and will try again tomorrow or anything like that. He tried calling Time Freight twice this morning to try to sort things out got hung up on both times! Guess they've really earned their 2.7 stars on Google reviews.
 
I've no issue with time freight but I hate couriers in general due to what you said. Really wish 420m would do postnet to postnet. It's cheaper and I prefer to collect.

My friend finally got through to them on the phone and apparently their driver has just "left for the day". By 10:30 in the morning. So now he either has to drive out to Century City to collect the package himself or wait until Monday for the delivery. Since I'm also in CT I wonder if it's not the same deal with my package.

Yeah, last time I had a terrible time with a courier it was RAM. Postnet sounds like it would be a better deal.

I've also had a number of similar issues with 420M in the past and it was k*k annoying, especially since I expect prompt delivery to where I specified because I am paying a premium for delivery.
 
Gotta say, reading all this I prefer the Doc. I order in the morning and get my stuff in the evening, no mess and no fuss. If I order in the evening then I get the next day.

Their menu looks very similar to the old "puff daddy", and if they are just a rebranded "puff daddy" I would stay clear.
I've been very happy ever since I started using Dr Green Fingers a couple of months ago. Never had a problem with product or service.
 
Had experience with Puff daddy, like I said I don't know if it's the same people. The menu just looks the same. Is the guy's name Mike or Micheal?
Not a clue. One guy sends me a menu and takes my orders on WhatsApp and then a driver delivers it. They use their own drivers which means you don't have to wait for a parcel to go through the system (in Centurion, anyway).
