Well how else do you want to compare wins? So beating the world champs 10-0 is the same as beating Poland or Austria 1-0?

I dunno man - I have seen all their games and they have looked quite below-par in all of them. Against better opposition, they would have been well beaten. Which will hopefully happen when they play Portugal :D
 
alan come on man who would not do well against poland

austria almost had a 4-0 lead in 20 minutes against poland

a totally 2nd croatian team beat them
 
Poland are a decent side. They finished above Portugal in their qualifying group.

I never said they were great. I said they were decent :p

Just because Poland were poor in the 1st half against Switzerland doesn't mean they were poor against Germany. I watched that game and I thought Germany played well enough.

I thought they were poor- if you compare the Germans to the Dutch, Spanish and Portugese. They are way behind..

yup very behind

germans dont seem to have the players to be honest

look at spain and port, full of super stars dutch also have some good players

i know a team of super stars does not always do well but it sure gives you a good shot
 
alan its not that spain have not been good

spain like to hit you on the break and if they cant they build up slowly, thats why i think they will struggle against italy

italy wont play like the russians, they will play like sweden

Spain have looked pretty good to me. Will be interesting to see how they fare tonight if they don't rest too many players...
 
no spain look great but i just fear a team like italy coupled with spains' choking thing will put them out

The same can be said of Holland. Surely one of them must actually take it this year! I mean Greece somehow managed to win it last time :o
