I don't recall the wireless options of the B593 offhand. What about IP address reservation just for the three laptops? It does sound like hibernation is causing an issue. I still don't get it though as the allocated IP's should be marked as unavailable for the remainder of the lease term, typically 12 hours.
Perhaps the implementation on the B593 isn't very good and the IP's are marked as available again immediately; then the three laptops, coming out of hibernation, look for the same IP's and start causing conflicts for at least three other devices (six devices trying to use the same three IP's; you should get conflict notices on those devices though).
The other sure fire fix of course is to disable DHCP and use fixed IP's. This is not the first consumer DHCP I've come across that works badly. All or this would be a non issue if Huawei brought out regular firmware updates for the B593. I've not seen one to date. The world's leading LTE router and Huawei treat it like a castaway.
