1. I think point one is completely moot. Look at Crystalweb (as an example of an ISP that started ~3 years ago), they had much better network and support service than Openweb did.
2. Didn't openweb state that they were IS resellers at a time... Hence the account names and issues with passwords? Anyone Remember that incident with the IS portal?
3. For a long time after I left OW, I considered value to be a company actually just delivering. Nothing additional, just being able to use a damn product, as advertised, was enough. That's how low my expectations fell. The successors had blown my expectations out of the water with actual service delivery and on top of that, value added services.
I see the "doctor" still lurks the forums, yet doesn't do anything to sway the legions of negative opinions.
Yup, the more MyBB supports them the more it shows how little integrity the writers here have.
