stackoverflow is the biggest and busiest .net site out there..

Unlikely to be true. While I see stackoverflow is the only real gem in the .net cap (hence the reason it is constantly referred to in this thread by the .net devs), Im sure that hideous MSN website is busier.

you're prolly right actually but i put that down to it being ies default start page rather than anything else.

also its a portal.. doesn't really actually do anything other than consume feeds

Cant disagree with you there. They artificially force traffic to their site. Thats why I believe the only real feather in the .net cap is stackoverflow.
