Stack Overflow is also built in .NET and it's in the top 100.

Nice list, few things I've read about online, but feel free to correct me:

2. Facebook – PHP
It is worth mentioning that Facebook have been writing something very similar to HotSpot (Oracle's JVM).

Must say when I heard it I thought to myself, wtf, why not move to Java/Scala then, but their code base and internal skills must be strongly geared toward PHP at this point.

3. YouTube- Flash, Python, Java
InfoQ had a talk with the main engineer (or maybe it was a PM or VP can't recall exactly) of YouTube about two months ago.

They started out with Python. He said it is mostly the same now with a lot of C++ and some Java now.

9. Twitter – Ruby on Rails, Scala, Java
They've completely dropped Ruby quite a while back if I'm not mistaken.

At this point they are running completely on Scala/Java...

You're mistaken. They have not dropped RoR all together.
