Hmmm, would be nice to have this and DSTV at the same time, then I can watch some Fox channels that Multichoice never bothered with

Oh yes, I love good competition! I'll definitely be putting my DStv on hold next week to make way my TOPtv!

I'm sure the special launch price will be even better; since ODM's announcement of the setup package for R699, Multichoice have also starting offering an initial set-up offer for the same price! Now we'll have to wait and see if they can beat the new special!!! Ohh, more Headaches for Multichoice, there are going to loose all their compact subscribers!

Sport?

They say it includes sport channels but all I can see on the list is 1 sport news channel, that so ***!

You guys must remember this is South Africa !!!! Ten years behind the rest of the world !!!!! What would make this new TV Service so special ???? Third grade sport or movies from 1960 ???? I stay with Multi-Choice, although the price is too high at this stage. I love my live sport and not so old movies.

Some people live and love to whine. Get a better paying job so you won't have to b1tch about R249pm.

Yea I agree .Are we the only people who think that R250 pm is peanuts ? How cheap are you people who are whining about it ?

they say over 55 channels... i only count 54 channels on their list...
I see news is slow on MyBB - so why not re-hash old news so we can keep the advertisers happy....

Some people really do just love to whine...

Some of us are 10 years ahead of you... we get the latest movies online... something to fill the gaps, and keep the kids entertained is all that is needed. Sport is really the only thing with which DSTV has some hold. I'm already trying to see if I can find rugby matches online otherwise there is the option of the friend next door who has DSTV. Or the pub. One beer at around R15 = one rugby match x 4 times a month = a lot cheaper than a DSTV subscription.
