URGENT! Xbox 360 Graphic Issues

I need some input, fanboyism will not be tolerated!

I was playing Fable 2 tonight when the graphics went all funny.
All the bright colours went purple and it seems like static interference.
I unplugged my LCD VGA cable and reseated.
Played 5 mins and then the same thing happened.

Dusted my AV cables off and plugged it into my CRT TV and then a few mins the same thing happened.

Now, I have a sneaky suspision that it is my 360 and it might be dying.
Any help and advice will be appreciated!

When did you buy your 360?
 
Jan this year!
Bought it at Game in CPT!
Will give them a call in the morning and see what they will do about it!
 
my xenon did that before going to heaven ! first the fuzzy gfx starts then the freezing and then those dreaded flashing red lights
 
my graphics went funny then i got the not so famous 1 red light of doom
 
Going to give Game a call in the morning, to see what their policies are on pre RROD systems.
I bought this on the 28th Jan 2008.

Leave it on through the night. It won't be pre rrod anymore. You going to get a new xbox.
 
RRoD, sorry man. You're console's time is up. Incidentally, I've found Fable 2 to be one of the most DVD hungry games I've played so far. You almost have to turn the volume up to drown out the drive spinning.

Good thing that nxe will allow games to be run from the drive (hmm.. now only if i can get a cheap 60 or 120gig drive)
 
That is the GPU failing. It should be a free swap out as it's still within the factory warranty period.

BTW ... I'm awaiting equipment from a local supplier to allow me to do GPU re-balling, which will sort out such an issue. I'm quite excited about adding this to my repertoire.

dont say pre RROD, just say RROD and demand a replacement.

:eek::mad: .......... /me is banned from the one Game store here for 'reacting' to that type of crap ........ I see they still frikkin do it :mad:
 
The thing is that I can handle people, but I cant handle stupidity or ignorance.

Don't think because I play games I am:
a)Immature and therefor ignorant
b)Immature and therefor don't have a proper job
c)Immature

I kind of lose it then...

As you can see there has been no fanboyism so far from PS3 fans. Isn't it strange that when a PS3 fan post a question asking for help all the Xbots are quick to comment.

You should have laughed back at him, he is the one working at game.
