Hi guys,
I have been trying since last week to get my Vodacom Fibre speed back to the 50mbps that I have subscribed for. When I test on the M-Lab Speedtest I get 0.6mbps, on My Broadband Speedtest I get 20mbps. Still not getting 50mbps on either site.
Video Streaming is out of the question.
I have logged calls with Vodacom to get this issue resolved and it seems my problem is more of an annoyance to them, no feedback from them for a week.
It seems cancelling a month to month contract takes 4 to 6 weeks before I can get another ISP to provide me with Internet connectivity.
Is there a way to get Vodacom to cancel this service with immediate effect ? I am so desperate I don't even care if I have to pay them another month just to have them release me from this dialup line they have me connected too immediately ?
I apologize if I sound like I am bad mouthing Vodacom, but goodness me, it seems they just don't have the ability to care for their customers anymore.
Any advice would be appreciated at this moment.
