This was my fault. I just fixed it now.
Basically what you're seeing is a default error message on the captive portal system.
Normally what happens is when you have reached your cap, you will be redirected to a specific portal or landing page; I forgot to add this to the captive portal system, and you were forced to see a horrible default error. Sorry!

The account I have been on has no cap. Well it has, it's a 1 TB account. But it's far from capped
Haven't seen this error again though. So thanks for fixing it
