You register his Smart TV's address but as far as I know it's just a coupon code that can be used where you create the original Vox account.
 
I need some help please I am trying to find my series 7 mac address followed all the instructions as given but as it is already connected to the internet all I can find is the network settings and the IP address nowhere else to look for the mac address?

Look at the back of the TV. It will usually be listed there on a sticker. Not sure if it will be on the same sticker as the serial number but look around.

I just redeemed my VOX Telecom 1 Mil megs promo, the speed is amazing!

You wont find your MAC address behind the TV, you'll get the Serial number (That the consultant at VOX is also going to ask for) the Wired mac address can be found when you press the menu button, go down to Support (if im not mistaken, i just know its the last option), look for Samsung call support, scroll 1 down, you'll see the writing for your Wireless mac address and Wired Mac Address, you need to take a picture of the Wired MAC address, and send it to the VOX Support e mail address, along with a Picture of the receipt where you purchased the TV, and a copy of your ID along with the serial number. They'll then reply and say you can verify the MAC address on the vox telecom site and it will take you to a registration page and then a verification page, a few minutes later you'll get your router login details.

Cancellation time

Well its official,

im going to be cancelling this account... i came to this account so i wouldnt get throttled or shaped and this is happening on this account. This account was amazing for the 1st couple months.

thanks for the time we had together when it was good :(

Torrents are a crap shoot. Test usenet speeds on a quality provider and that usually tells me if there are issues or not.
sunny usenet or eweka offer trials and I always get full speed with them.

Nor do I.

I download quite a lot and I've never been throttled. Only issues I have is exchange related. Pretty sure 99% of the people here have the same issues, but it's always easier to blame the ISP.
