Same as the issue last year - it was fixed but seems to be back.

:(

Speed is also half of what it should be...

Packet loss again today

Not as bad as last week, but still noticeable.

Struggling again today. YouTube vids don't even startup on this account

I think it seems to be dependent on area now as I still have good throughput except at around 8:30.

Just logged another service request for the packet loss to Hetzner - Getting worse by the minute now!

I fail to understand how you can inform your customers that an issue has been completely resolved only for it to reoccur again in a day or two???

Everything seems fine this evening - MyBB running 100%

I am still having the same issue. I know that when they change the routing my equipment might require a restart - If you're satisfied I'll give it a go and report back?

Well... Not as bad as before - Sitting at about 6% loss at this stage from 27% but still being routed through Cape Town to JHB from Centurion ?

If they wanted to do it this way I would have ordered my servers in the Cape Town data center!

Support staff contacted me today and said they were seriously working on the fatpipe problems. So much so that it might be sorted by tomorrow afternoon. I'm in JHB

VOX is on my shortlist, or was - not quite too sure what to think at the moment. I suspect it's an upstream provider issue, especially if what I've read about their backbone being truly their own??

I think I'll wait it out before deciding on a potential new ISP...
(currently with Cybersmart and Afrihost)
