Hi there. Need to replace my dead Motorola Defy and I'm looking at options. I have to have something durable, a normal phone won't last me a week!

I'm looking at these:
Defy plus
Xperia go

I was very pleased with my old defy, so l'll take some convincing to try something else.

The Xperia's dual core CPU and wet finger tracking are tempting, but I'm not sure about that low ppi screen... Anyone here had one? How bad is the screen really?

Is there anything else in the price range worth looking at that I (or google) don't know about?

Thanks.

I was always keen on waterproof smartphones since a lot of my phones got water damaged someway or another

Heres what I've came across:

Defy 2 XT535
Haier W910 - not available in SA, got dual core krait but IP54
Xperia Acro S - IP67 i think
Landrover A1 - IP67 (not sure of Sa availability)
Samsung Xcover
Levono A660 - dual core IP67 (not sure of SA availability)
Runbo X5 - dual core, 3800ma battery (probably cant get in SA) IP67
