This seems to mostly lay with SW:TOR. As this is a new game and not available in SA it’s been fairly tricky to identify the traffic and properly prioritise it through our network. We’ve setup some test stations in the office and monitoring things closely to try and get this sorted. We have also included our DPI vendors to get this matched correctly.
Hi Stevie, this is definitely not the level of service we intend to provide!I moved over to WA in December after managament wanted to cut costs. Shopping arround WA was the best option; same service as my last isp (uncapped with static IP's) for R1000 less then what we were paying. But as is true in so many areas, you get what you pay for.![]()

Well I'd suggest log absolutely everything and secondly I am sure webafrica is taking this deadly serious.
Does anyone have a problem logging into origin , few days now, my origin sometimes log into offline mode etc, because cant seem to get a internet connection, also takes long to open bf3 , for the same reason, wonder if it is just my pc?
hmm i did my pc over the other day , even downloaded the whole 4gb patch again even know i had backup of it, so that it can be a clean install
like just 5min ago, it told me i had no games on origin, relogged now i have games and can play.
