WA's usage table measured 296.83 MB...

From this it doesn't seem that the usage and the rolling windows will be fun to sort out so that ^ that doesn't happen.

their monitor is useless. be glad you just got 296.83 MB, with mine they throw in a few 700mb+ in there a week. not even possible on a 1mb line, and if you mail them to complain they inform you that their monitor works 100%.

That's dirt cheap. :O

Then again, if you're paying +- R120 for an uncapped account, I don't think you could expect much of it. I'll stick to where I'm at currently.

So this morning i got up at 5:15 and went to check on my downloads... running at between 300kB and 400kB. no problems. go make coffee, come back and decide to check the usage tracker. it has already got my usage for 5-6am at 1.23gb?>!?!>?!@!>?@!

at 5:30 am, the tracker says ive done my hours total, but im only half way through the hour?

WebAfrica, what voodoo is this? are you just guessing peoples usage? or putting in a random number that looks good so that people don't query?

Hi Jeff,

You made this statement over a month ago, and it seems like you are still the only WA staff member with an active presence on this forum (WARoop pops up every now and again when there has been an above normal crisis). What is happening on this front?

It's been a position pending since November. Justin (the new online recruit) is sitting next to me, however I'm introducing him in a platform at a time - he'll be active on MyBB soon. I know it's taken a long time, but unfortunately recruiting someone isn't a quick thing to get done, and his online position needed to be filled from Support - he came from Hosting, some of you guys might have dealt with him before.

A blog is pending publish introducing him properly.

Thanks for the update Jeff. I am sure it will be great for you to have assistance and also will be good for WA to have even more of a presence on MyBB as some things have fallen through the cracks
