Picking apart a services flaws in its infancy I see the affect on Webafrica as such (provided its fixed on the 15th)
1) The more flaws in their product Webafrica know about the more they know to fix.
2) When the flaws are fixed it will prove they care about their clients and don't just give them a semi-acceptable service.
3) This thread is advertisement for just how good Webafrica support is
4) People who stuck it out are generally active on the forums and when its fixed the product will be praised.
So initially Webafrica have some negative publicity however they are sitting quite full as is, I see us as basically beta testers and in general. Provided the service is restored to how its meant to be on the 15th they will be sitting with a lot of happy customers (I experianced the service before it went to hell and it was AMAZING).
You generally have to hand in a cancellation notice of a debit order before the 25th of a month if I recall correctly, I know that if people see that alls running well the thought of cancellation will run through their mind and cancellations isnt much of a problem, the month of January will bring the customers who want to come to uncapped and basically be the final month of those who cancelled debit orders so Feb would be the month I would expect more migrations.
It all hinges on the 15th but in the long run a service which is picked apart and feedback proves just what areas things need to be improved in, fixed whatever. Webafrica isnt an isp that only has uncapped.

A forum is a place of discussion be it positive or negative, if people dont post support tickets and just use forums then I frown upon it but exposing how something is, discussing its pro's and con's is how it all works. Lets not forget Webafrica started this thread and called it uncapped feedback and invited it to good or bad feedback.
