Zero loss - terrible upload and download though - sub 10Mbps.Nothing visible this side. Can you check if you are seeing any packet loss?

Not seeing any speed issues to the usual test servers in London - are you on your DHCP or PPPOE link?Local speed tests are fine.
International are sub 10Mbps. Tested to London.

Issue in US - we apparently have no issues in ZA but all MS services (outlook, SharePoint, etc) are slow. And this is on another ISP as well.

We saw a session drop on one of our Northern BNGs - affecting a large number of connected clients. We are working on isolating the cause behind the drop. All affected sessions have been restored and stale sessions flushed manually. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.And here.
Can you check what your DNS is resolving here? (cmd > dig my.websquad.co.za) and send this to me on a PM? Site is definitely up.
