EDIT: and now it works again...

Apologies, we generally don't suffer from route re-convergence, but a specific change necessitated a full reload of tables which took a few minutes.

Not experiencing any international issues on transit - can you provide an example perhaps? Seems that peering traffic could be affected - steam is purely peering.

We're still waiting for feedback from Evotel here. We've escalated this matter to management now and still getting no feedback. Will continue following up here.

I can't believe it takes a month for Evotel management to answer..... this is really poor service, I am paying R1200 per month for a 2 meg line
