That looks like it’s starting on the first hop- Octotel. Not surprised. Saw the same on their strand vlan last night. Please send these in a ticket so we can escalate.
PL seems to have disappeared, will keep an eye on that. Latency is still extremely high for Germany though.
This is still an issue btw.
Still working on this. Without a reverse trace from these servers, we’re left trying to figure out why the return path has some extra meat on it. Remember forward and reverse paths aren’t always the same. Forward paths on our side seem clear. Chatting to upstreams at the moment.
Anyone else having trouble getting to their account on my.websquad? The website forces us to choose two factor authentication and when enabling it asks to verify your phone ... but no code arrives. I can't access my tickets. @websquadza
Will get our devs to check this quickly.

@websquadza A bit early but thought I might as well ask, when the Vumatel upgrades come into play on July 1st, will I have to hit my CPE with a restart to get the new upload speed for the gigabit package?

With regards to second factor authentication the following will help a great deal:
- increase the session time out limit, before requiring another login.
- require 2FA to be valid for a browser for at least a few weeks. e.g. My Gmail doesn't require me to 2FA everytime I log in

No issues my side, and my trace returns the same as what you're getting.
Yeah, working again my side too, but was dead for a while when I posted.
Looks like an AWS thing; 150.222.250.154 is well into their network and the rest of the traces on the netflix network are usually non-responsive; could have been a dead host and stale DNS record.

@websquadza Still struggling with streaming to this location. The latency has gone up. Was never like this a month ago.
