As a quick fix, try switching over to cloudflare WARP until it passes.Also in KZN, upload/download is fine to DBN speedtest servers, servers in JHB & CPT I get reduced d/l and terrible u/l speeds

Looks like KZN <> JHB paths are down, so traffic rerouted via KZN <> CPT. Path has been pretty stable, but I’ll get the team to check if there are any issues.

The upload speeds in particular are concerning. Will get some feedback asap.
And our guys are working on My Web sQuad already. Will have an update shortly.
Update on My Web sQuad- it’s back up and running.

Can you try some offnet servers here? Just want to see if it’s not just ours misbehaving.
We’ve also made some minor adjustments on route selection.

Still pretty bad. I've just been dropped out of a zoom meeting and reconnected after about 2 min.

It seems to be running fine for a while and then bottlenecks or something.
It stops for around 1-2 mins and then resumes working till the next event.

We've seen two flaps on our KZN<>CPT NLD leg in the past hour. We are still waiting for an ETR on both our KZN<>JHB paths. Will provide some updates as they become available.

We’re still routing via CPT, but not seeing these same low speeds on upload. Can you perhaps open a ticket so we can also check your line? Apologies for the delay here

Looks to start on the last mile hop (between 1 and 2). Could be a backhaul issue or a last mile issue. If it carries on for another min or so, please log a ticket so we can escalate accordingly.
