I will just shake my head in a combination of haughty derision and ever so slight amusement.
Well I have kept off 12 of the 14kgs I lost last year, so laugh on.

This is a MASSIVE point. I did a 14 day 'juice fast', and it was a total reset of my mindset. To actually learn the difference between real hunger, and programmed eating habits was incredible. Learning that you actually can control yourself and that you won't die if you don't have that piece of cake (for 14 days!) is a truly profound experience.
"I posted random numbers therefore your argument is invalid"
So this 12kgs was done with leangains and IF that you say you "Just read up on" some funky time machine there friend.
I can lost 30kgs eating only grass -doesn't make it good
Excuse me, I never posted that leangains link! Nor did I say I had just read up on IF! And quite frankly I disagree, if you are overweight and can lose 30kg with minimal muscle loss, and keep it off, I don't care how you do it - which is precisely why I have kept quiet about my previous loss, and how I did it.
Crystal meth diet?
I'm being a little harsh cause I'm in a bad mood - sorry Mister.![]()
In 1963, Walter Bloom, then director of research at Atlanta’s Piedmont Hospital, published a series of articles on starvation therapy for obesity, noting that total starvation—i.e., fasting, or eating nothing at all—and carbohydrate restriction had much in common. In both cases, our carbohydrate reserves are used up quickly, and we have to rely on protein and fat for fuel. When we fast, the protein and fat come from our muscle and fat tissue; when we restrict carbohydrates, they’re provided by the diet as well. “At a cellular level, the major characteristic of fasting is limitation of available carbohydrate as an energy source,” Bloom wrote. “Since fat and protein are the energy sources in fasting, there should be little difference in cellular metabolism whether the fat and protein come from endogenous [internal] or exogenous [external] sources.” And this turns out to be the case. The metabolic responses of the body are virtually identical.
Stop being offended so easily - will make your life happier-
OK OMB so how do you program your body to use the fat before the protein. Is that at all possible?
