Weight loss

I'm having a fat week, been behaving well but my heads getting impatient with the crappy fat inhabiting my sides

just hang in there, it's a slow process, you didn't accumulate what you want to lose overnight, so don't expect it to shed overnight :)
 
I'm having the worst day ever. Its taking all my willpower to not go over to the mall n gobble a whacky Wednesday special. :(

I feel so bad right now, I am having fish and chips (the chips and coke part is what really gets to me) and coke. I didn't finish the chips, the guilt got to me :( I guess I will have to put in an extra 20 minutes at the gym for the chips and coke :(

Its really weird, I had stopped drinking all kinds of drinks now, but I didn't even realize I ordered coke and took a sip from it :(

Old habits die hard. Don't beat yourself up, just get back on track tomorrow. It's not the end of the world :)

the one thing that I've found that really helps me is cold sparkling water, the CO2 ripping at the back of my throat for some reason feels as satisfying as a Coke, except it's just water :)
 
Lost 15kg since April this year. Goal is 70kg. Currently 81.5 and was 96.6 abouts when I started. Just eating vegetables, lean meat, fruit and nuts. No bread, sugary things or junk food. Going well and I'm using the Libra app for Android to track my progress. The will power is strong with me this year. :sly:

Big ups to you dude....Well I have started reducing what I eat, take out some junk and all. I lost like 5kg's in 3 months, I just walked like 2 - 4km a day then. I'm going to keep my will power strong, too! :D

I aiming for 90kg, I'm not sure if that will make me look slim (not too slim, and not too fat).

Thanks for the suggestion, will definately buy sparkling water in case my thirst for coke comes again :D Hahaha I couldn't finish my coke.
