Weight loss

I was skinny fat at 72kg... so I'm down quite a lot. When I'm down to 11% I'm going to move to building muscle. Yes I'm procrastinating...

If what you say is true and you lost 14kgs to get where you are now then you lost a LOT of lean muscle. Skinny fat points to 21 -25% BF,

You are down to 15%ish meaning at MOST you dropped 10%. max 7kgs of fat. This means you also lost 7kgs lean mass

What kind of carbs are you eating??

I'm eating stuff like corn cakes, a bit of rice, and today I had 2 slices of white bread for breakfast. :(

I'm skinny, but there is something on my stomach preventing my stomach muscles from showing... :/ it's like skin but slightly thicker than normal skin.

My BF% was around 27% when I started if I'm not mistaken, I would have to look it up. I did not lose 7kg of lean muscle. And fyi this was slow and over a two year period.

:p Think you should have stuck to the mushrooms.
Seems like you might be having too much of the wrong kind of carbs. Aren't you having veggie carbs?

Does corn flakes actually keep you full? Or white bread?

I am not arguing with you, its simple math.

To get from 27%BF to 15%BF would take 7.92KG of FAT give or take a few grams

You have LOST 14kgs of WEIGHT

Where is the other 6Kgs?

27% BF of 72kg = 19.44kg of fat
14% BF of 58kg = 8.12kg of fat

19.44 - 8.12 = 11.32kg of fat loss
72 - 58 = 14kg of mass lost

14 - 11.32 = 2.68kg of possibly lean muscle mass, forgetting that a body is not just made up of fat and muscle.

The last time I weighed what I do now was in grade 9 / 10, around 8 years ago. And I'm at almost 10kg less than what I weighed in matric :o

Also don't forget possible slight inaccuracies in bf measurement, and water...

Damnit my maths just got served..... goes to his calculator, humble apologies Mr.
