Weight loss

Just out of curiosity I climbed on the scale this morning, 80.1 kg which means I've lost 2kg since just before leaving for Everest
 
I'm going to be hitting the gym everyday from now on....all my serious exams are out of the way. I am really close to my goal of 90kg (i'm on just over 110kg now). I know 20kg sounds like a big difference, but to me its really close!! :D

My parents looked at me and they said I do look slimmer than what I usually am, so clearly I am doing something right :D
 
Carb suicide this evening, and then I leave on sunday :D

Scale says I've hit 10% body fat. Hope I don't do too much damage on the cruise!

Give it up as a lost cause, you won't believe how much you eat on those cruises

or you can just keep running around the deck between meals :D

I also go to the gym, hate the place, but enjoy squash and occasionally swimming in the chlorinated urine.

Re gym, Matthew Mcconaughey the actor, had to lose 48 lbs for some movie role and went on a certain eating plan and would hit the gym as part of the weight loss, but he got injured and stopped going but found that he was still losing the weight so went **** the gym.
Q: In terms of how you lost the weight, was it all diet? We're you also exercising more as well?

I'm doing cardio but I'll tell you what, the more I've learned is – and I think it comes with age too – is it's 90 percent diet. It's 90 percent amount and then what you're eating because right now I'm not losing any more weight if I burn 1,500 calories, two hours of cardio in an afternoon, or if I don't. It doesn't matter. It's a matter of how much I eat or how little I eat.

lol, maybe I probably should have skipped carb suicide... but I've already slammed 10000kj with 320 grams of carbs. Feeling stuffed already :sick:
 
Had myself a merry little carb filled weekend. Weighed myself just now and I'm 62.8kg. Put on 3 freaking kilos in one weekend! Sigh, hopefully it will be gone by Friday.
