You need to rethink your opening posts on a forum.

I've made this account purely to give out information on products that we have here at Rectron and new technology coming from our many vendors here

@rectron so clearly the products are from rectron why state that? Secondly you come across like you are open to the end user even though you make it clear you are not.

Hi Guys & Girls

I am Wesley, i'm from the eCommerce department at Rectron JHB

For the next couple months i shall be posting information on various products that we sell here at Rectron, Obviously i will not be able to give out information to the public about pricing and quantites of products as we do not sell to the end user

I've made this account purely to give out information on products that we have here at Rectron and new technology coming from our many vendors here

So to start things off

May i introduce the Gigabyte Brix

We can see where you are from, yet you seem to mentioned where you are from over and over and over and over and over. You just open with Hi guys new product landed from gigabyte, then link some reviews and say available at your favorite online stores. Signature, We(as you like to do it rectron) do not sell to the end user.

Listen Wesley, just ignore Fafa and these other trolls. They seem to think they are entitled to buy everything wholesale and still expect local resellers to make a living.
We have a same whine every time someone asks for the Rectron price list password.
These people cant get past the fact that they are somehow excluded from the group of people that qualify to buy from you.

Also - most spammers I've seen - that have been reported - have not been allowed to get to their 3rd or 4th post unless it was the middle of the night and the mods/admins were asleep.

Seeing as this thread has been so hideously derailed i am going to clear some things up here

I am registered here as Rectron eCommerce/Rectron representative, so yes i can advertise products.

I am a representative of Rectron so i will obviously say that you can get the products from Rectron, No i will not post about products that Rectron does not bring in as i do not know enough about them to comment on them or offer support and information on them

I will not discuss prices with anyone that is not a registered distributor at Rectron, as that is simply how our company works (Yes i understand Esquire does things differently but that is a different company and every company works in different ways)

This is not a part of my job here at Rectron, i felt like doing it as a way of giving some information out to the consumer on products they may have missed (I may even post about old products and get your thoughts on them and discuss them with you for fun as i quite like technical discussions on products)

Again for all the people that want pricing and where they can buy the products i will not discuss that, if that was the intent of this post i would have said that from the get go.

For all the people that have deemed this useless and a waist of time i do sincerely apologize for that, and for all of those that have found this informative i thank you.

Searched for it on Amazon and seems in the same class the Intel Next Unit of Computing is cheaper.

I think the line is very fine...

Perhaps confirm reseller account numbers, before provinding any info that hints at pricing.
Your posting here is not seen in a very positive light as there are many of your resellers posting here. They are protective of their businesses, and understandably so, it is a tough market at retail/support level.

Meaning you have a tough road ahead. A road that can lead to good business allies or enemies. Please be careful.

A point that often gets mentioned...
Pricelists, not many recently, but many in the past. Anyone who needs a pricelist can request one from their rep/consultant. Passwords are provided by some suppliers for web-download-price lists.
Anyone else does not need that info, and you do not need to feel obliged to provide any such info.

The banners on the page and what he is posting is immensely different. The banners on top of the page is what pays for mybroadband hosting. It is also known as paid for advertising. What he is doing is not paid for advertising and thus is not contributing to mybroadband as a whole.
