1972 Beetle.

It never died.
It just kept on going.
It was eventually sold -not because there was anything wrong with it- for more than it was bought.

^this, mine was a bashed up farked rust bucket, could see the road beneath your feet the windows weren't sealed in anymore, so rain pissed through... but somehow it kept going and going

I had a car very similar to rpm's one. A four-speed, 1300 POS Golf that gave me more uphills that anything else.

The only pic I could find is one from when a mate of mine and myself went to Boknes to go visit some friends there - can't remember why my mate was chasing one of the girls with his plakkies though :crylaugh:

1964 VW Type 3 Notch Back 1600cc, bought second hand in 1969 for R400 with 40k Km on the clock.
Had it for over 200 k Km and it had it's life ended against a horse after I sold it.
This was in my youth as a 21 year old, we had a jolly good time with it.
