Why Am I Like THIS?

Looks like OP has weighed the risk up and is willing to accept the consequences. He should take his shot.

Be bold: Ask her out to a dance, not langarm, the sexy stuff.

No that sounds too complicated.
The OP should just walk towards the co-worker simulating thrusting motions with his hips and hands.

Geez OP....

If new person makes eyes at you at work more than once, you need to go up to them and introduce yourself.
Welcome them to the organisation, ask about where they came from and then find out if they are married or have an eye problem.
Then you casually greet them for a bit, if one day they walk up to your desk and make flirty small talk, then you ask them out.
If not then you go jerk off in the cubicle.
Agree with this except for the last line.
There's no "If not" about it. Just a "then".
And it should be the first line.
And the last line.
And things go really well maybe the middle line as well.

He should take his shot.
I think he already shot himself when he looked at her.

True if you can't break work etiquette by pulling the village bicycle you may as well use the time honoured method.
Only one way to test this theory....

That's a good point Android get updates for far longer than Apple phones, my one Huawei phone got security updates for 5yrs
And lets not talk about how Windows laptops smoke Macbooks, no competition.
@Dolby anything to add?!

You need to be suble about it ... underhanded ... throw a quick combination of negative & positive ...

'the iPhone is a brilliant phone, for my grandmother'

or

'Apple Music is a solid 2nd place and highly recommended for the casual listener'

Important PSA for the OP and others in his situation:

Please follow this advice.

I have to ask a girl out tomorrow.... She's new at my workplace, but we are in different departments that don't interact..
We've been flirting with each other with just our eyes for a couple weeks.. staring as we walk past each other.

She started out smiling at me, but I didn't really smile back, because I'm actually blown away that she's into me. She's very pretty, which is why I haven't made a move yet, because I almost can't believe it. Honestly, I forget to smile , because I'm like a deer in headlights..
Why the fk am I like this?...

It's been a couple days since she gave me "Fk me" eyes... I should have made a move after work that day. I think she feels kinda hurt...
Anyway, I have to do it tomorrow after work... Basically telling her that we should hang out and get to know each other, and doing so VERY confidently, is the only thing that can save me here. Got a bunch of guys circling her at work too, but they're all trying to "befriend" her and do her favours, I think I need to be more bold than them, I don't want to start in or end up in the friend zone.

Advice? Comments? Tell me I'm an idiot?

Thanks

jeezus rule 1 : don't say hey do you want to hang out...

just walk up to her when shes alone and ask her if she wants to go for coffee this weekend? ....that's it, nothing else. If she say anything but yes, then just say cool and tell her you'll see her later and walk away, walk away.

good, now off you go and please brush your teeth, shower and smell good etc.

Old but gold.

It fits the OP's situation. We don't want to hear that he gets arrested for approaching a woman or misunderstanding a normal smile as some erotic innuendo.
