One important point of clarification here: if your flaccid member is six inches or more and thicker than the Grabouw Boerewors at Checkers, then you should wear grey sweatpants and no underwear when you’re around her.

Anyway, I have to do it tomorrow after work... Basically telling her that we should hang out and get to know each other, and doing so VERY confidently, is the only thing that can save me here. Got a bunch of guys circling her at work too, but they're all trying to "befriend" her and do her favours, I think I need to be more bold than them, I don't want to start in or end up in the friend zone.

Advice? Comments? Tell me I'm an idiot?

As a few said just ask her to go for a coffee. Don't make it sound like a date, rather try fish for her intention first. I work in an office with mostly females and you get these people who just give you these looks and smiles but they married or even have boyfriends they just super friendly people.

The last thing you want is misinterpreting something and then she runs to HR and complains you making her feel uncomfortable.

Just remember some people flirts just for the fun of it. Some girls flirt without even knowing that's what they do. Even with people they are not really interested in.
