I'm not really that worried about AA. Sure, it's stupid, but despite the fact that I have white skin, I know if I work hard I'll find a job that allows me to support myself and one day support a family. I don't think AA will survive in the long term, it's too costly and it achieves too little.

I agree with you 100% BradDC...

I was at a market research thingie last night and they where saying how BEE is hindering our ingenuity but I think it is very much the opposite.

Now that white people can't get the cushy government/telkom type jobs we need to become entrepreneurs and make our lives work.

As work permit holder, I have worked in couple of Finance & IT companies (Pvt Sector) in SA, and I find lot of Whites & Indians occupying top positions. Very few Blacks & coloreds though. Would anyone know the reason?
