I think its more important for the poor and underpriviledged black people out there to trust african management. I believe turning their lives around for the better matters more.

Correct. Shouldn't we be addressing the poverty problems by ensuring the utmost profitability of this country by keeping the best man for the job in the position. When the struggling millions have been helped maybe then we can look at the middle to upper class work segment and readdress imbalances?
